Newfell Properties was incorporated in 1997. Established as general developers in the South East of England, the company has latterly specialised in farm renovations and barn conversions in Cumbria. (see images above)

Although our Head Office is still in Buckinghamshire, our dedicated main contractors are R & M of Appleby which means that most day to day decisions are made on site.

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our workmanship and attention to detail; each Newfell development is a unique and special project.
